How does the free trial work?
Every plan comes with an optional 7-day free trial. During the trial you get 1 domain monitored, 15 prompts tested across ChatGPT, Claude & Perplexity, plus daily pulse scans. You can also subscribe directly without a trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher tier's features. Price adjustments are prorated automatically.
What platforms do you monitor?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Google AI Mode. Gemini and AI Mode are available on Professional and Business plans. We ask each platform the same real questions your customers ask and track what they say about you.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your data is saved and you're downgraded to the free tier with a read-only dashboard. You can upgrade to any paid plan anytime to resume full monitoring. No charges unless you choose to subscribe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?

What is the AI Content Readiness Score?
It tells you whether your website is structured in a way that AI can easily understand and recommend. You get a 0-100 score plus specific things to fix, like missing schema markup or thin content pages. Included on every plan.
What is the Sentiment Analysis score?
It shows whether AI talks about your brand positively, neutrally, or negatively. You can see which platforms are most favorable and how your sentiment compares to competitors, so you know where to focus your reputation efforts.
What payment methods do you accept?
